ReSwap is a student-exclusive marketplace designed specifically for USC students. It's a platform where you can buy, sell, swap, and rent items within your campus community. Simply download the app, verify your USC student status, and start browsing or listing items in four main categories: clothing (FitShare), essentials (NeedShare), housing, and carpool services.
Yes! ReSwap is completely free to download and use. Unlike other platforms that charge transaction fees, we believe in keeping money in students' pockets. There are no listing fees, no commission charges, and no hidden costs.
Currently, ReSwap is exclusively available to USC students, faculty, and staff. You'll need to verify your USC email address during registration. This ensures a trusted, campus-specific community where everyone shares the same local environment and values.
You can find almost anything a student needs! This includes clothing and accessories, textbooks and school supplies, electronics, furniture, kitchen items, sports equipment, and even housing options like sublets and roommate matching. We also have a carpool section for ride sharing.
Browse available items, message the owner through our in-app chat, agree on pickup/drop-off details, and arrange the exchange. For returns, simply coordinate with the owner using the same process. We encourage meeting in safe, public places on campus for all exchanges.
Yes! We have built-in safety features including user verification through USC email, user ratings and reviews, secure messaging system, and community guidelines enforcement. While transactions happen between users, our support team is always available to help resolve any issues.
Contact our support team immediately through the app. We'll help mediate the situation and work toward a fair resolution. We encourage users to document item condition before and after lending, and to communicate clearly about expectations and care instructions.
